Hella Domestic
This week, I received my first bags of produce from the CSA I recently joined. I’m a lazy cook, but I’m trying to get better, so I thought a delivery of random, fresh produce every other week would stir up some culinary creativity.

To celebrate my commitment to health and cooking, I decide to make some cheese. Naturally. I mean, I deserved some reward for helping local farmers make their bills. The produce can wait. Cheese is magic. Literally. I made this:

In to this!
Fresh, warm, delicious ricotta! In 15 minutes flat. This could be dangerous.
*For the record, I also made kiwi pomegranate salsa, roasted butternut squash (with honey goat cheese of the gods), purple potato salad with radishes and chives and a broccoli, apple, raisin, almond salad-type dish. Even more of an excuse to eat warm ricotta straight from the strainer. Success!!
